1. When Pick up Stanley: Pay a holding refundable fee and then the remaining balance by the time of picking up at the Puppy store. (*Sales tax to apply for Hollywood State residents)

2. When Delivery: Pay a holding refundable fee and then the remaining payment needs to be made 1-2 days before scheduled delivery. An invoice will be provided. (*Sales tax to apply for Hollywood State residents)

 

 

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

We offer 3 types of delivery:

 

1. Delivery by plane. We use DeltaCargo/USPS as a Maine carrier. Delivery is available to your nearest airport with DeltaCargo/USPS facility. We book flights and give you all the needed information to pick your puppies up. You have to show your ID and copy of the airway bill at the airline’s facility.

 

2. Delivery by Air. We use delivery services to bring puppies directly to your home. This type of delivery works for nearby States only. The price depends on the delivery location.

 

3. Personal delivery. We use all kinds of transportation to make it ”door to door”. Works for all States.

Return Policy

 

According to the sales contract, you can return the cat only in case of a genetic disease is detected.
